• To prepare 1-phenoxy-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene via oxidative trifluoromethylation using Chan-Lam-type reaction conditions.
• To synthesize evobrutinib, a potent Bruton′s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.
