Application: Amorphous carbon may be used to develop zero temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) based systems. Glassy carbon has been used as a catalyst support for bimetallic Rh–ReOx. It may be used to enhance the accuracy of infrared (IR) surface temperature measurements on micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS).
