Application: | Polymer supported cyanoborohydride (PSCBH) has been used in the reductive alkylation aminocyclitols for the preparation of corresponding secondary amines. It can also be used: • In combination with manganese dioxide (MnO2) for one-pot conversion of alcohols to secondary or tertiary amines. • In the synthesis of natural products, (±)-oxomaritidine and (±)-epimaritidine. |
