Application: | For best results, agitate for 20 minutes prior to use. Spin coat as-is at 500 RPM for 9 seconds followed by 1500 RPM for 15 seconds. Photocurable inks can be formulated by adding acrylate monomers and photoinitiators (i.e.DMPA) to the nitromethane dispersion. The solvent must be evaporated prior to crosslinking. Functional compounds can be coupled to the oligomer via reactions at the methacrylate group. |

Caution: | Store this product at room temperature (do not refrigerate or freeze). Some settling will normally occur. Agitate, sonicate, and filter prior to use. A plug of glass wool in a pipette can be used for easy filtration. The shelf life of this product will vary depending on how it is stored and handled. Product should be discarded if heavy aggregation occurs, or if sonication / filtering are inadequate to produce a good casting solution. |
