Application: | LSCF- 6428 is a mixed ionic and electron conducting pervoskite. The ionic conductivity is lower than YSZ although maintaining high conductivity. X-ray diffraction and electrochemical measurements of an operational LSCF-6428 cathode was conducted to study its lattice expansion during use. LSCF-6428 can be prepared by solid state reaction of individual cation oxides. |
Application: | LSCF-6428 may be used as the cathode in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). |
