General description: | Yttrium oxide, europium doped (Y2O3/Eu) is a luminescent material with high chemical stability and good resistance to corrosion. It is considered one of the best red oxide phosphors under the excitation wavelength (λ) of ~254 nm with a high melting point and high thermal conductivity. It can be synthesized by a variety of techniques such as sol-gel, solid-state reaction, hydrothermal synthesis, and wet chemical synthesis. |
