Application: | Stearoyl chloride can modify cellulose diacetate (CDA) by replacing residual free hydroxyl groups in synthesizing materials that are used to produce surgical masks, smocks and other industrial products to absorb dust and haze-fog. It can be used in the synthesis of ultrastable coaxial cable-like superhydrophobic mesh. It is also used in the synthesis of stearoyl modified chitosan as drug vehicles for paclitaxel delivery. |
