General description: | • Stable solution in PBS. Miscible and stable in common buffers, serum and blood. • Store in dark at 4 °C. • Suitable excitation wavelengths: 785 nm, 808 nm, Emission: 900-1400 nm, peak ~1050 nm. • Quantum yield (QY) ~2% based on 0.5% QY of IR26 in 1,2-dichloroethane under 808 nm excitation. Quantum yield is ~4X of common Hipco single walled carbon nanotubes. • For in vivo imaging (e.g., vessels), inject ~100-150 μg in ~200 μL solution for a typical nude mouse but the dose can be varied. • Circulation half time of the dye is about 1 hour. |
