Application: 14-Azido-3,6,9,12-tetraoxatetradecan-1-amine is an azide with polyethylene glycol-like characteristics that can be used to prepare fluorescent polymer particles via enzymatic miniemulsion polymerization and copper (I) catalyzed click reaction approach. It is also used as a reactant to synthesize α-aryl-α-diazoamides by aminolysis of N-succinimidyl α-aryl-α-diazoacetates.
