| Features and Benefits: | Amino-dPEG®4-OH reagent contains a terminal primary amine and a terminal hydroxyl (alcohol) group separated by a single molecular weight dPEG® spacer (14.3 Å). The spacers are highly hydrophilic and non-immunogenic. Because each spacer is a discrete, single molecular weight entity, precise spatial control is possible. These products can be used in a variety of applications, including surface modification where the terminal amine is reacted with an activated carboxylic acid and the terminal hydroxyl provides a non-immunogenic, hydrophilic coating over the targeted surface. |
