Application:	(S)-TCYP has been used in asymmetric aza-ene-type reactions, catalyzing the formation of C-C bonds with high levels of diastereoselectivity
General description:	(S)-TCYP is a chiral phosphoric acid catalyst that is commonly used in chemical synthesis. It has been found to be particularly effective in promoting enantioselective reactions. The sterically demanding triscyclohexylbenzene at the 3 and 3′ positions of (S)-TCYP contribute significant steric influence and ressult in its to its high levels of enantioselectivity.
