Application: | Benzophenone is suitable anchoring agent used for the surface modification of graphene. It may be used in the preparation of N-(diphenylmethylene)-N′-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-N′- (4-bromophenyl)-p-phenylenediamine. |
General description: | Benzophenone is an aromatic carbonyl compound. Photoinitiated free radical polymerization of benzophenone in the presence of N-methyldiethanolamine as a coinitiator has been reported. Polymeric benzophenone photoinitiator (PBP) has been synthesized by using “Thiol-ene Click Chemistry” and characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, UV, and phosphorescence spectroscopies. |
