| General description: | Carbon Cap capsule filters are filled with activated carbon and include a pleated glass fiber filter. They are suitable for adsorption of organic vapors from air, and for removing color, organics, and chlorine from water. Carbon cap for organic and chlorine filtration Large volume chlorine and organic filtration are facilitated by activated carbon, which adsorbs these molecules. Carbon Cap is a filter filled with high-purity, high-efficiency, acid-washed, activated carbon and a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter. It is made specifically for adsorption of organic vapors, chlorine, and decolorizing liquids. |
