General description: In-line purifier removes oxygen from inert carrier gases down to less than 50 ppb. Will purify 4 to 5 standard cylinders of 300 ft3. Delivers 100 cc/s at a pressure drop of 0.3 psi. Tested to 125 psi up to 100°C. Supplied with 1/4 in. compression fittings.
