| Reconstitution: | Add 1 ml double-distilled water to a final concentration of 500 U/ml. The reconstituted stock solution is stable at 2 to 8 °C for 6 months. Do not freeze reconstituted antibody! Do not add sodium azide! A further dilution of reconstituted stock solution in double-distilled water is stable for approx. one week at 2 to 8 °C. |
