| Preparation Note: | Suspend 90 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55°C and add 1 ml of sterile 1 % potassium tellurite solution (Cat. No. 17774). DO NOT REHEAT the medium after the addition of tellurite solution. |
