Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dipotassium salt dehydrate has been used to study the three dimensional hierarchy structures from self-assembly of quantum dots. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dipotassium salt dehydrate acts as a catalyst by partially removing thiol stabilizers from the nanoparticle surface to induce the stabilization reaction of CdTe nanoparticles.
Application: Used to eliminate inhibition of enzyme catalyzed reactions due to traces of heavy metals
