Application: | Amberlite IRA-410 chloride form may be used as a column material for the purification of crude lipase obtained from Bacillus circulans and extra-cellular lipase from Bacillus licheniformis MTCC 6824 by anion-exchange chromatography. It may also be used as an ion exchange resin for the recovery of amylases from maize malt by using expanded bed chromatography. |
Application: | Strongly basic (type II) anion exchange resin for water conditioning, removing iodine ions, neutralization of solutions, capturing xanthan and xanthene dyes, etc.; better regeneration efficiency than type I base resin. |
