| Preparation Note: | Suspend 40 grams in 915 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 55°C and aseptically add 50 ml of laked blood and 35 ml of 1.0% Potassium Tellurite Solution. (Cat. No. 17774) Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
