| Preparation Note: | Suspend 31.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute 10 ml amounts into tubes containing inverted Durham’s tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 10 minutes. |
