Preparation Note: | Suspend 32.54 g in 500 ml of distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C and aseptically add reconstituted contents of 1 vial of CPC Supplement (Cat. No. 17137). Mix well. |
