Preparation Note: | Suspend 15.75 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add sterile reconstituted contents of 1 vial of Chloramphenicol Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 29231). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
