Preparation Note: | Suspend 71.4 g in 1 litre distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C and aseptically add 15 ml of sterile 1% TTC Solution Cat. No. No. 17779). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. Warning: Cycloheximide is very toxic. Avoid skin contact or aerosol formation and inhalation. |
