General description: | Reversed-phase silica gels are generally used to retain catalysts by hydrophobic interactions. Fluorous reversed phase silica gel (FRPSG), an alternative to separate perfluro-tagged compounds by solid phase extraction. FRPSG was used for the separation of steroids, flavonoids, polyphenols and taxanes. Purification of organic mixture was done using fluorous solid phase extraction (FSPE) on perfluorinated silica gel. |
