| Preparation Note: | Suspend 25 g in 960 ml distilled water. Heat in a water-bath at 50°C for approx. 30 minutes until completely dissolved. Add 40 ml polysorbate (TWEEN® 20) and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. |
