| Application: | Resveratrol has been used as a phenolic analytical standard to determine its content in oat flour tarhana and different varieties of chicory using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). It has also been used as an analytical standard to investigate its effectiveness in modulating several signaling pathways that are involved in carcinogenesis, via determining its anti-tumor potential in colorectal cancer as a proapoptotic agent in colorectal cancer cell lines, including HCT116, CO115 and SW48. |
