Application: | Triclosan-methyl has been used as antimicrobial agent in assay as positive controls in the isolation and identification of active antimicrobial compounds from E. linza algae extract, which was analysed using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method (RP-HPLC) and gas chromatography method (GC) coupled with mass spectroscopy, and further confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance studies (NMR). |
