Application: | Actinomyces media are recommended for the cultivation and maintenance of the anaerobic Actinomyces species. Media from the Vegitone-line do not contain any animal derived material. |

Preparation Note: | Suspend 57.22 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. |
