General description: Ginsenoside Rk1 is the major bioactive component isolated from heat-processed Panax ginseng Meyer (ginseng) plants. It is a monomeric compound that has been reported to exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and anti-tumor properties and is utilized for the treatment of cancer and diabetes mellitus.
