Application: | Prednisolone may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of prednisolone in: • Human plasma by multivariate curve resolution-alternating least squares (MCR-ALS) technique combined with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). • Urine, blood and food matrices by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and LC coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). • Surface water samples by SPE and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOF) with electrospray ionization (ESI). • Bovine muscle samples by ESI-LC-MS/MS equipped with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection. |
Application: | Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support. |
