General description: Analytical standards such as melting point standard 47-49 °C, benzophenone facilitate the determination of identity or purity of chemical compounds. The mp value is measured as an average of 6 to 12 measurements with a Büchi B-545 instrument that is calibrated against primary standards. The melting point is determined by Capillary method, as described in European Pharmacopeia (2.2.14.).
General description: This substance is listed on the positive list of the EU regulation 10/2011 for plastics intended to come into contact with food. Find all available reference materials for compounds listed in 10/2011 here
