| Preparation Note: | Suspend 51,3 grams of the medium in 500 ml of distilled water and 500 ml of beer without gas. Mix well. Heat for one minute with frequent agitation until the medium is completely dissolved. Sterilize in autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. |
