Application: | LB-Agar, high salt may be used as a growth media in the determination of phylogenetic groups (A, B1, B2, and D) of Escherichia coli bacteria using triplex PCR technique. |

Preparation Note: | Suspend 40 g in 1000 ml of purified water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. Dispense as desired. |
