Application: CLED Agar has been used as a non-selective media to perform enantiomeric profiling of quinolones and quinolones resistance gene qnrS in wastewater samples
Footnote: We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.

Preparation Note: Suspend 36.15g in 1000ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
