| Preparation Note: | Suspend 13.8 grams in 472.5 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 °C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1vial of Bolton Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 40568) and 25 ml of sterile lysed defribinated horse blood. Mix well before dispensing into sterile tubes. |
