Application: | 6-Benzylaminopurine may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of 6-benzylaminopurine in: • Bean sprouts by QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI), and selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection. • Leaves of Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) from plants cultivated under chilling stress conditions by ESI-LC with Fourier Transform (FT)-Orbitrap, ESI-LC coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (QqQ-MS) with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection, and multivariate data analysis. • Seaweed and algae extracts by high performance LC with photodiode array detection (PDA). |
