| Preparation Note: | Suspend 61.0 g in 1 litre of distilled water and bring gently to the boil to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add 20 ml of sterile 1% potassium tellurite (Cat. No. 17774). Do not heat the complete medium! |
