Preparation Note: | Suspend 50 g in 1 litre of distilled water. Add 2.35 g glycerol Cat. No. 49767) and bring to the boil to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Do not overheat! Prolonged heating will diminish the gel strength of the medium. |
