| Application: | TSC Agar Supplement can be used for the isolation and enumeration of vegetative forms as well as spores from Clostridium perfringens in food, clinical specimens and other material. Clostridium perfringens colonies are fluorescent when illuminated with UV light (360nm). Recommended by the "jSchweizerisches Lebensmittelbuch", chapter 56 E7. |
