Application: | The analytical standards can also be used as follows:• Spectrophotomet • Liquid-liquid microextraction of five synthetic food dyes from different food samples for their determination by high-performance liquid chromatography with a variable wavelength ultraviolet detector (HPLC-VWUVD) • Simultaneous analysis of five water-soluble synthetic colorants in different food samples by on-plate solid-phase extraction and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) with backlight-assisted detection • Multi-residue determination of 11 synthetic color food additives in high protein and fat content food products by HPLC combined with a diode array detector (DAD) or a tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) • Extraction of eight synthetic food dyes from 30 food samples of six types using an NH2-aminopropyl-modified silica SPE cartridge for their quantification by RP-HPLC coupled with UV detector |
