| Preparation Note: | Dissolve 55.5 g BSM-Agar in 1 litre water. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 116mg BSM supplement (Cat. No. 83055; freshly dissolved in 1 to 5 ml sterile water). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
