| Preparation Note: | Suspend 27.1 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C and add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Enterococcus faecium Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 01318). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
