Application: 2-Propanol may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in wine samples using gas chromatography techniques. It may also be used as a co-solvent for the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of caffeine, chlorogenic acids and lipids from green coffee beans, analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography technique.
Application: 2-Propanol may be used as an extraction solvent for the liquid-liquid extraction of acyclovir from human serum, which may be analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
