| Preparation Note: | Suspend 49.2 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Polymyxin B Selektiv-Supplement (Cat. No. P9602) if desired. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
