Application: | Trizma is used in the formulation of buffer solutions in the pH range between 7.5 and 8.5. Tris buffer solutions are widely used in cell and molecular biology for processes such as protein and nucleic acid extraction and purification. TRIS Glycine buffer solution, 10X concentrate is diluted to a working concentration of 1X and pH adjusted as required. TRIS Glycine buffer (TGB) is frequently used in gel electrophoresis and ion-exchange chromatography applications. |
