| Application: | The set of analytical standards can also be used as follows:• Calibration of the polymer-based column in the estimation of molecular weight of the polysaccharide fractions obtained from seaweeds— S. latissima and M. stellatus, by a high-performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) method • Measurement of molecular masses of oligomeric cellulose by size exclusion chromatography in combination with multi-angle laser light scattering (MALLS) detection • To calibrate the SEC column in the determination of molecular size distribution of microalgal native glycogen • Quantitative analysis of membrane formation process of alginate–chitosan microcapsules using gel permeation chromatography(GPC). |
