Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold methanol:acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL bisBenzimide H 33258 (Cat. No. B2883) to stain nuclei.
Immunofluorescence : SCK-CEN Mouse cortex primary neurons cultured for 10 days were stained for PSD95, Β-Tubulin III and nuclei. For PSD95 Monoclonal Anti-PSD95 antibody produced in Mouse (Cat. No. P246) and Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)–FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F2012) (green) were used. For Β-Tubulin III Anti-Β-Tubulin III antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. T2200) and Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)–TRITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. T6778) (red). Nuclei were stained with Hoechst B2883 (blue/purple). Submitted by Dr G. Pani, Studiecentrum voor Kernenergie-Centre d′Etude d′Energie Nucleaire
