Preparation Note: | Suspend 22.3 g of Frey Mycoplasma Broth Base in 900 ml of distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 100 ml of sterile heat inactivated horse serum (H1138). Mix well before dispensing. |
