| Preparation Note: | Suspend 37 g of MUG EC Broth in 1000 ml of distilled water. Dispense in tubes containing inverted Durham’s tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 12-15 minutes. |
