| Preparation Note: | Suspend 24.2 g of Pseudomonas Agar Base in 500 ml of distilled water containing 5 ml of glycerol Cat. No. 49767). Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add the sterile rehydrated contents of either Cetrinix Supplement (C8721) or C.F.C. Supplement (Cat. No. 53477). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
